Delivery Inspection
Upon delivery, please carefully inspect your items immediately. If you notice any damages or shortages:
- Document these issues on the freight bill at the time of delivery
- For any concealed damage discovered after receipt, contact the delivery carrier promptly
- Retain all original packaging to support potential claims
Returns
- Returns must be authorized in advance
- Return window: Within 30 days of invoice date
- A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns
- Returns must be prepaid by the customer
- Collect shipments will not be accepted
- Custom-made, custom-cut, or non-stock items are non-refundable
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery is made FOB (Free On Board) from our facility
- Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier
- Delivery dates are approximate and subject to change
- All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer
- Freight quotes are estimates and may change without notice
- Additional charges (fuel surcharges, re-delivery, inside delivery, lift-gate services) are the buyer's responsibility
- If you do not have a loading dock, then a lift gate fee will be added to the LTL shipping charge. This is only for packages that are under 55.5 lbs.

- Buyer's acceptance of our products constitutes agreement to these terms
- Any additional or conflicting terms proposed by the buyer must be expressly accepted in writing by our company
